Rocky here, just in time for another scrumptious M/A Update!


dA approached its 7th year this past week, and with that, a very awesome birthdAy. I'm so incredibly excited so many of you were able to participate in the activities!

Don't forget, it's not over yet. There are still contests going on... specifically our very own virtue, "Justice", where we teamed up with the very wicked C&C Gallery. If you haven't already, I suggest popping over there and entering! You have until the 14th, so gogogo! :D





Be it from an anime, a scan of your manga, an avatar you found on the internet. They do NOT belong in your gallery... no. Not even scraps.

Quite simply; deviantART is a community of artists, your gallery is a representation of what YOU can do, not what you found through google. There are no if's, and's, or but's about it.

If you happen upon a gallery that has violated the above, absolutely without-a-doubt report it. BUT! It needs to be reported to Copyright Infringement so our awesome CEA team can handle it.

I apologise if this seems rather harsh, but it is an incredible drain on the gallery and resources when people do not follow the rules. Is an easy one, I would think.

All in all, I appreciate those of you who have taken the time to use the policy-violation button in your travels. Believe it or not, it's a huge help! :D


There is still PLENTY OF TIME to get your entry in for this months Mini-Contest! The theme is: Music

I want to see some absolutely rockin' entries! :D

Us three are working behind the scenes to bring you some very awesome things in the near-future... so definitely look out for it!
